Bee Docs Timeline 3D On Sale Now!
January 7, 2009

UPDATE: the regular $65 pricing is back. Hope you got yours before the deal ended!
I mentioned Bee Docs’ beautiful Timeline app back in an August post, and thought the $65 price was a no-brainer.
Well, this week during Macworld, Timeline 3D is on sale for a mere 30 bucks! If $65 was a no-brainer, then $30 is…well, shame on you if you don’t scoop up this beautiful app at this price (Mac only though - sorry Redmond Horde).
We’ve probably all needed to create timelines for an eLearning course or a presentation at one time or another, and we all know what a chore it can be (and the results are usually less than stellar). Timeline 3D does most the work for you and publishes a quality product that you would be hard-pressed to replicate. Unless, you know, you work for Industrial Light & Magic or something.
Timeline 3D will export to various formats, including QuickTime and Keynote (which could then be exported to PowerPoint), so if you use a Windows-based eLearning authoring app on your Mac as I do, Timeline 3D will fit right in - it should export to a format that will fit into your course or presentation regardless of the authoring tool.

It would be a great software if you could insert voice narration (instead of using ScreenFlow to record voice)…
Nice blog, Chris. Hello from Spain.
